Question 1

When should I start shopping for my wedding dress?

Accepted Answer

We recommend starting your wedding dress search 9–12 months before your wedding date. Our dresses are made to order and take 3–6 months to arrive. Rush orders are available for an additional fee. We also suggest having your venue and wedding date confirmed before shopping, as these can influence your dress style.

Question 2

How much do wedding dresses cost at Yes Bridal Studio?

Accepted Answer

Wedding dresses at Yes Bridal Studio range from £1,000 to £2,800, with an average price of £1,600. We also offer a selection of off-the-rail dresses at discounted prices.

Question 3

Do I need to book an appointment at Yes Bridal Studio?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we ask that you book an appointment so you receive our undivided attention during your 2.5-hour consultation. You'll have exclusive access to the studio and our full collection. If you're passing by and no other appointment is booked, you're welcome to pop in — but please call ahead on 01629 343115 to avoid disappointment.

Question 4

What sizes are the sample wedding dresses?

Accepted Answer

Our sample gowns are available from size 10 to 26. If you fall outside this range, we can help you visualise how a dress will look in your size by pinning it or adding a panel at the back during the fitting.

Question 5

How do I pay for my wedding dress?

Accepted Answer

We offer flexible payment options. You can place a 50% deposit when ordering and pay the remaining 50% at your first fitting. We can also arrange a payment plan, splitting the cost into smaller amounts. Full payment by credit card, debit card, or bank transfer is accepted.

Question 6

Who should I bring to my bridal appointment?

Accepted Answer

Bring people you trust to help you make the best decision for yourself. We don't limit guest numbers but please let us know if you'd like to bring more than four people. Choosing your wedding dress is a personal moment, and too many opinions can sometimes feel overwhelming.

Question 7

What should I bring to my wedding dress appointment?

Accepted Answer

We suggest wearing nude, seam-free underwear and, if possible, a nude strapless bra. Bring any support undergarments you plan to wear on your wedding day, and your wedding shoes if you've already chosen them. Please avoid fake tan as it can stain the dresses.

Question 8

Do you do wedding dress alterations?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Our specialist bridal seamstresses carry out all alterations in our boutique at Cromford Mills. Whether you need minor adjustments or a more bespoke alteration service, our team ensures your dress fits perfectly.

Question 9

Can I get my entire bridal outfit from Yes Bridal Studio?

Accepted Answer

Almost! We stock a gorgeous range of headpieces, accessories, veils, and shoes alongside our wedding dress collection, so you can complete your bridal look in one visit.
