Q. When should I start shopping for my wedding dress?
We recommend starting your search 9–12 months before your wedding date. All our dresses are made to order, and due to their intricate designs, it can take 3–6 months for your dress to arrive at the studio. If you’re short on time, we can offer a rush order to reduce production time for an additional fee—contact us for more details. We also suggest having your venue and wedding date confirmed before shopping, as these can significantly influence the type and style of dress you may want.
Q. I would like to talk to someone before I book.
Of course! We completely understand if you’d like to chat with someone before booking your appointment. We’d love to hear from you and can personally help book you in. Call us at 01629 343115.
Q. What size are your sample dresses?
We embrace individuality and stock wedding dresses in a wide range of sizes. Our sample gowns are available from size 10 to 26. If you fall outside this range, don’t worry—we can help you visualise how a dress will look in your size by pinning it or adding a panel at the back for the fitting.
Q. How much are the wedding dresses at Yes Bridal Studio?
Our wedding dresses range from £1,000 to £3,200, with an average price of £1,600. We also offer a selection of off-the-rail dresses at discounted prices. Get in touch for more details on these.
Q. How do I pay for my wedding dress?
Once you’ve chosen your dress, we offer several payment options. You can place a 50% deposit at the time of ordering and pay the remaining 50% at your first fitting. Alternatively, we can arrange a payment plan, allowing you to split the cost into smaller amounts between ordering and collection. Full payment via credit/debit card or bank transfer is also accepted.
Q. Do I need to book an appointment?
As we’re not located on the high street, we ask that you book an appointment to ensure you get our undivided attention and the full Yes experience during your 2.5-hour consultation. During this time, you’ll receive exclusive access to the studio and our collection of wedding dresses. If you happen to be passing by and we don’t have another bride booked in, you’re welcome to pop in and browse, but we recommend calling ahead at 01629 343115 to avoid disappointment if we’re unavailable.
Q. Can I browse without an appointment?
We offer a one-to-one, exclusive studio experience, so we do ask that you book an appointment. However, if we don’t have another bride booked, you’re welcome to visit, browse the collection, and ask any questions. Please call ahead to check availability, as we’d hate for you to make a wasted trip.

Q. Who should I bring to my appointment?
Shopping for your wedding dress is an exciting experience, and we know you’ll want to share it with loved ones. We recommend bringing no more than three guests—people you trust to help you make the best decision for YOU. Choosing your wedding dress is a deeply personal moment, and having too many opinions can sometimes make it overwhelming. If you’d like to bring more people, please let us know in advance of your appointment.
Q. What should I bring with me?
We suggest wearing nude, seam-free underwear and, if possible, a nude strapless bra. Any support undergarments you plan to wear on your wedding day are also fine. If you’ve already selected your wedding shoes, bring them along to your appointment. Please avoid wearing fake tan, as it can stain the dresses.
Q. Can I get my entire bridal outfit from you?
Almost! We stock a gorgeous range of headpieces, accessories, veils, and shoes, so you’ll be bridal-ready when you leave the studio.
Q. Can you do alterations?
Yes! Every bride is unique in both style and shape, so our specialist bridal seamstresses are here to ensure your wedding dress fits perfectly. All alterations are carried out in our beautiful boutique. Whether you need minor adjustments or a more bespoke service, our team is ready to help.
