JUST AMAZING !! I went to see the beautiful Libby a couple of months ago and I don’t think I can really put into words my experience but here goes! I’m useless when it comes to fashion but Libby spent the time getting to know me, discussing what we thought I’d like and feel comfortable in. Also, talking about the wedding and what kind of day we are having. She picked out a handful of dresses which were all stunning but it was dress number 3 for me, which I just loved!! (I’ll not give away her name just yet) I can’t wait to go back and try on my dress as the bridal suite itself is just beautiful. I just want to do it all over again and again! I was so scared to try wedding dresses on...In real life, I normally go for "short summer dresses" than long dresses. I had bad experiences in bridal dress "supermarkets" and felt very uncomfortable in upmarket shops where all the attention is on me and feel pressured to make quick ( and expensive) decisions. I went to YES which was a 1.5-hour drive from me and it is completely worth the drive. Not only there is a wide choice of elegant, gorgeous and comfortable dresses and skirts, but the experience was fantastic. The appointment is 3 hours and gives you time to try many options. Libby is the perfect person to advise you: she is kind, fun, non-judgmental, discrete, extremely knowledgable, keen to try every combination possible and does not put pressure on you to choose anything that you are not happy with. She responds in a timely manner about alterations and price changes. She saw through my personality and the gown I chose reflects me. The best part is that for all this, the prices are surprisingly affordable too. From someone who has never dreamt of wedding dresses, I can say that Libby has really offered me the princess moment that I was not expecting to have :) Thank you Libby - Mathilde Picart
I visited Libby at YES bridal studio over the weekend and I had such an amazing time, Libby put in the effort to get to know me and it made a real difference to my experience. Firstly when I booked the appointment, she asked lots of questions about the wedding and asked me to have a look at some wedding dress inspiration. When I arrived for the appointment we spent the first 10 mins discussing what I like to wear usually and what I feel comfortable with, then she picked out some dresses she thought I may like. I was amazed at how well she seemed to understand what I was looking for, even though I wasn't sure myself. I thought Libby was also a step above any of the other studios as she helped me eliminate dresses as I was going along, this helped me feel not quite as overwhelmed as I had done during previous experiences. The appointment was also 3hrs which made it feel at the right pace and not at all rushed. On top of all this top-notch service, she also kept me and the people I was with well watered with plenty of offers of hot and cold drinks and even had prosecco (and nosecco for someone who was pregnant). Libby goes above and beyond what I expected and made me feel completely at ease and listened to, without there being any pressure to buy. She ended up picking a dress for me that none of us considered but when I put it on was completely perfect! I ended up going back shortly after my appointment and buying the dress! I'm so happy I found my dress at YES bridal as Libby is honestly the best around! Apologies for the essay, I just had such an amazing experience and I feel others need to know that if you want a personalised, inviting, friendly and comfortable experience when bridal shopping, YES bridal studio is THE place to go. - Natasha Hulse
A few weeks ago I visited the beautiful Yes Bridal Studio. I absolutely loved my experience from the moment I walked in. Libby was so warm, friendly and welcoming and really took the time to get to know me, my style and to create an image of our wedding to help her in picking out dresses. I absolutely loved the dresses Libby picked and I found my wedding dress. The dresses were of amazing quality yet so affordable. This is an update as I have now had my chosen dress fitted. Libby with the help of Lyn have really made my dreams come true. My dress fits me like a glove, just the length to adjust. I love it!! Didn't want to take it off .... Thank you again Yes Bridal Studio. I have just had the most wonderful, relaxed and fun dress shopping experience with Libby. She does such a great job of making the experience special and in these Covid times, also safe. Her dress selection is beautiful and stylish. Libby was so lovely and patient listening to everything I wanted (and didn't want) and chose the perfect dresses for me to try. I visited yes bridal studio a few weeks ago with my mum and it was such a lovely experience. It was the first time I had even started looking at wedding dresses but Libby was so great at making me feel at ease and really got to know me and my style very quickly. Nothing was too much trouble and the whole process was so relaxed from the moment we started chatting, there was no pressure with time and I was able to try on as many dresses as I liked. I can’t begin to describe how comfortable and welcomed Libby made me and my guest feel during my appointments. Even with lockdown measures in place it was such a special time and still felt very personal. Libby has such a calming way about her that even the most stressed or self-conscious bride to be would be relaxed in no time! Yes Bridal cannot be recommended enough by me. Libby is incredible. So friendly, welcoming, patient and genuine. You feel like the only bride in the world. Nothing is too much trouble, and despite the Covid restrictions, our appointment was stress-free and fun. I tried several dresses but as soon as I tried on the ON I knew.
